@feta cheese{½%cup}
@olive oil{3%tbsp}
@lemon juice{1%tbsp}
@balsamic vinegar{1%tbsp}
@salt{1%tsp}
@black pepper{½%tsp}

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Roast until tender ~{20%minutes}.

Meanwhile, cook french lentils according to package directions until tender but not mushy. Drain and let cool slightly.

Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shaved Brussels sprouts and sauté until wilted and lightly charred ~{5%minutes}. Season with salt.

In a large bowl, combine cooked lentils, sautéed Brussels sprouts, and roasted sweet potatoes. Whisk together lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil; pour over salad and toss to combine.

Crumble feta cheese over the top and serve immediately.
